The ICONSIAM Shuttle Boat is a shuttle boat service operating between ICONSIAM and Si Phraya Pier. The cross-river service connects the luxurious riverside shopping mall with a pier on the other side of the Chao Phraya River. ICONSIAM Shuttle Boat Route
The ICONSIAM shuttle boat operates between ICONSIAM Pier and Si Phraya Pier from morning hours until late at night.
Previously, the boat was also making a stop at CAT Tower Pier on the way. After the recent change of service provider, a direct cross-river ferry between Si Phraya Pier and ICONSIAM is offered.

1. ICONSIAM Pier
ICONSIAM Pier is one of the busiest Chao Phraya River piers in Bangkok. It is frequently used by tourists and locals who come to spend time at the shopping mall or board one of numerous Chao Phraya River dinner cruises starting from here.

There are several piers at the complex. This ICONSIAM shuttle boat departs to Si Phraya Pier from ICONSIAM Pier 4, which is the larger pier in the northern part of the riverbank (on the left side from the main entrance). There you can board the boats provided by Thai Smile Boat and several riverside hotels.
2. Si Phraya Pier
Si Phraya Pier is one of the busiest Chao Phraya River piers in Bangkok. The pier is located on the eastern bank of the river next to the Royal Orchid Sheraton Riverside Hotel Bangkok.
Si Phraya Pier consists of two parts, the public boat pier and the ferry pier, that are located on different sides of the hotel.
To board the shuttle boat to ICONSIAM, you need to choose the ferry pier, which is located on the right side of the hotel.
Pay attention that you might find conflicting information regarding the piers online. Previously, the shuttle boat was departing from the main public boat pier, which is located on Captain Bush Alley, on the left side of the hotel. After the change of service provider, the shuttle boat can be boarded only at Si Phraya Ferry Pier!
X. CAT Tower Pier
CAT Tower Pier is located on the eastern bank of the Chao Phraya River next to the CAT Tower, also known as the NT Building. The pier is located on the opposite side of the river from ICONSIAM.
Note that after the recent change of service provider, the shuttle boat doesn't stop at CAT Tower Pier.
ICONSIAM Shuttle Boat Ticket Price
Previously, the ICONSIAM shopping mall was providing a free shuttle boat service between ICONSIAM Pier and Si Phraya Pier. Starting from 1 May 2023, the free shuttle boat service was canceled, and now the service is provided by a private boat company for a fee.
After the latest update in April 2026, the shuttle boat ticket price is 8 THB per person for a one-way trip.
To buy tickets for the ICONSIAM shuttle boat at Si Phraya Pier, you need to approach the ICONSIAM ticket desk (on the left side).
When traveling in the opposite direction (from ICONSIAM), you normally can board the boat without a ticket. In such a case, you need to pay for the boat ride after crossing the river.
You can visit ICONSIAM and explore other attractions along the Chao Phraya River by purchasing a one-day hop-on hop-off boat pass.
